        Never answer the phone to be able to book an appointment. They cancelled my appointment due to Covid (fair enough) but then never answer the phone for a rebooking, which has meant they have deregistered myself and my 2 children.

        Staff are lovely and well mannered. Obviously nobody really likes going to the dentist, but the staff team do their best to make it as comfortable for you as possible. Really grateful that we have such a good service in Gloucester.

        Stupidly long waits for appointments. I had to wait 3 months between examination and fillings. They rarely ever phone you back when they say they will and it's hard to get through on the phone. Just had some preparation done for crowns and half of it has fallen out literally half an hour after leaving the surgery.
