Quedgeley House Dental Practice

Haven't been offered an appointment for a check up for 2.5 years. Rang today to book a check up and was told they aren't doing NHS check ups anymore only private ones for over 90.

Worst dentist practice ever. Cancelled appointments on a regular basis. Then the dentist left so took me off the books without any notification or reason.

The service provided by Rana the receptionist was excellent, she went above and beyond to get me an appointment.

I rang this morning for an emergency appointment. Rana the receptionist was friendly and really helpful. She promptly rang me back to let me know where to go for treatment and followed that up with a text. Thank you.

Was with for 5 years, however they were prone to cancelling appointments, did get them eventually, however often different dentists, did have one a few times, until covid, then very delayed (understandable) had one for our family, then nothing since. No dentist available, hasn't been for almost a year now, however still receptionists, which seems bizarre. No idea when they will get one and just advise to keep calling back.
