DPD Gloucester

Shocking service Parcel was meant to be delivered Friday, then changed to Saturday at cost to the company supplying my phone, no contact or update whatsoever on the Saturday!! Rang the phone company who put a complaint in, so DPD said it would be delivered today (Sunday) then had a text saying it wont be delivered today and will be Monday!! Asked DPD to change the contact number to text me but they wont do it.. Absolutely shocking service, rude customer service who dont care about your delivery. Im amazed they can actually trade, or even get business!!

I can't rate my experience as I haven't received anything the driver said he tried to deliver but didn't. It's only 2 suits for my son's wedding next weekend and if they don't fit it takes 7 days to send replacement. Customer services are a joke they are a waste of time and I am still waiting for a call from the manager. Absolute joke. Will this get a response? I don't think so and now they have gone home no call no email no delivery

I've just watched and videoed one of your drivers fly tipping rubbish that he unloaded from a dpd van and dump on the side of Midland Road Gloucester I have photos and video and I am reporting it. The Eastern European looking Gentleman saw me video him but brushed it of as if it was nothing. The registration of the van he used is YH65 UM0. I will be reporting it to the council. And the police
