        Driver was not near my addres , and not even left notes for missed delivery , avoid this company

        I have missed a parcel today and had to call the Gloucester depot, I spoke to Mia, who Ive got to say has given the best customer service I think Ive ever had, I own a garage and another business and she has gone by far up and beyond her call of duty to make sure the driver gets a very important parcel back to me today. This lady is a god send and deserves a HUGE THANK YOU from all at Carbon Pro of Leominster. Please pass my sincere gratitude on to her for me. Regards Jason Hardman Director

        Delivery was attemped (supposedly) 2 days earlier than tracking stated. A re delivery was not attempted. No card was left at any time. When I called customer services I was advised that it would be returned to sender as Delivery had been attempted and no one was home. This is simply not true.
