Placed an order with B&Q which was delivered with this company. As I am on 2nd floor the driver left all deliveries on the groundfloor. When I questioned him, he told me "if will be one package I will bring it upstairs, but being a larger ordering will not do that as I am on time"??? Really???? I would like to mention that I've placed before order (a larger order then this one) with b&q and all the products were delivered till door !!!! Tried to contact the customer service but none of the contact numbers are working.
