        What an utter nightmare for any person, let alone one from a foreign country. I caught one member of staff being economical with the truth. I was phoning to speak to the team dealing with sponsoring a family from Ukraine. I have found a family already in the UK thus did not have to register the interest - but I have done it again just in case the first registration disappeared. I would not want to live in Gloucestershire due to that experience.
