Premire dconvenue lorsque je dcouvre que dans le prix de de livraison les taxes internationales ne sont pas prises en compte ni aucune information sur le montant que l'on paiera. Deuxime dconvenue, Ruroc se trompe dans la couleur de la mentonnire de casque (problme sur les petits lments de dco) et c'est moi de me galrer la poste pour renvoyer le colis et mes frais, puis attendre une nouvelle livraison. Alors en tant que professionnel il devrait assumer leurs erreurs et envoyer leur frais les pices dans la bonne couleur. Ce qui n'tait videmment pas possible selon leur dire. Ordered Ski Helmet which arrived broken. Order Number was falsely displayed, therefore i could not start return process. Email to support went without any response. Only after complaining on Instagram they sent me a returning label.

Having returned goods to this company 3 weeks ago, I have heard nothing, no followup to emails, facebook messages, or their own returns portal. Do not trade with this company their customer service is none existent but I'll see how they deal with lawyers.
