Chloe and team looked after us really well during what should have been a straightforward land purchase which ended up taking two and a half years (fault lay with others). My past experience of solicitors and conveyancers was always needing to chase them for info, but not so with Chloe. She gave regular and clear updates, had an excellent eye for detail and worked very hard to get it all over the line despite others doing their best to mess it up. I'd strongly recommend her.
