Place is deprecated, can literally see embers on the stocking shelf, utterly tatty with the price tags telling me a beverage is 14 when the actual pricing of the beverage is 26 if u are immensely anguished for money then just vend the supermarket

I'm basing this on several visits to the Post Office kiosk in McColls - this is absolutely no reflection on the Post Office themselves as the staff there are friendly, courteous & helpful. However the last visit i had to the kiosk just took the biscuit, the person that served me was rude, arrogant & just had a bad attitude. I went with a QR code that required scanning & a label printing, this proved difficult but was more a technical issue rather than a fault of the user. However once the label had been printed i was told that i should have prepared the package better by removing the old labels & if it gets returned back to me well that's just my fault! I'm shocked that someone who is dealing in customer service is allowed to continue talking to customers like this.
