We employed HCG to do a second storey extension over existing, making that decision on a number of factors: price, time, and the itinery breakdown provided. Most of all though, gut feel if im honest. I'm so glad we did, all the guys - from the head office through to the builders mate on site have been pleasant, courteous and extremely skilled. when questions or issues have arisen we have felt listened to and the guys have worked with us to build the vision we had in our head. And if anything went awry they fixed the issue with no grumble or complaint. We will be using them next year to do some more work on the house (its never-ending!) and my wife is a residential architect and happy to suggest them to clients - which says it all really.
