        Had to add a star to post this review.They actually get no stars.Extremely poor service(for me at least)Paid them to recover lost mp3 files.Not only can I recover the files myself,for free.They haven't even sent me an email(this is a computer shop)or,phoned me.It has been more than a year,now.The only solution is to get the mp3 player back from them,and do it myself!It wont take me a year!Just want to get my mp3 player back,everytime I go to the shop,the door is locked.Phoned numerous times to ensure shop open.Never spoke to anyone,no-one answers,ever.
