Excellent service from Shaun. Would recommend to use. Laptop wouldn't boot after windows update. Shaun completed a reinstall and kept me updated throughout.

My laptop became corrupt after a windows update i heard good things about Shaun and thought i would try him, he sorted it by re-flashing the laptop, backed up my data, drivers then reloaded windows 10 and put data back on. I was so pleased with the work i returned with an older laptop, Shaun updated windows from 7 to 10, changed a faulty DVD drive and fitted a solid state hard drive to speed things up. All of the above for an agreeable price. I purposely left this review for a while to see how things went, yes i am more than satisfied and i would recommend Shaun and will be using him again.

I can not rate Shaun high enough. I had a reply (that was sent before he opened) 6 minutes after I sent my first panicked message and then within an hour (30 minutes of that was spent driving to him) he had my broken laptop in his hands. He kept in touch over text to let me know how he was getting on, however it decided that it couldn't be fixed. The motherboard (which apparently isnt a spaceship) was dead. Shaun managed to replace my laptop and transfer all my data over to the new one. I had so much work to do and some really important documents that I couldn't replace, so I was in a real panic. He was professional and friendly and stopped me from having a mental breakdown! I had spent hundreds and hundreds of pounds in my head and when I got my bill it was a fraction of what I was expecting. Shaun spent over 5 hours helping me today and I couldn't be more grateful if I tried. Thank you so so much

This man is an absolute genius mending computers - hes a really nice guy and he tells you honestly whats wrong after a free appraisal then gives you a price and sticks to it! (Subject to checking nothing untoward found obviously!) get the job done quickly and very efficiently and although his name is Geek he does talk computer language or geek!! He talks old fashion English to explain whats wrong -Brillant 100% go to this company prices are fair and work is good quite simply -Thank you
