Absolutely shocking surgery. They have left my mum in agony discomfort and made mental health worse by saying one thing then changing what they say. All the time staff on reception are know it alls and very rude not even the drs are know it alls at this surgery proven too. This surgery just like to give out tablets like smarties it's shocking and so many meds do exactly same thing be very careful and watch what they put you on always look it up and ask chemist. They know my mum is vulnerable and going through alot but still just messing with her head and dishing tablets out without actually getting to the bottom of a cause. The surgery doesn't even realise when another Dr has made a call 3 calls about the same thing because 1 another doesn't update each other TERRIBLE!

Useless ! You cant get an appointments !they are very good of sending you text messages that had floods or other issued an they are closed ! 1 star is too much !

Have been with Hadwen for over 20 years and they have always been great. Post COVID appointments have been hard to get, but if you need to be seen, they will see or speak with you. Phoned today for some migraine medication. Had a call back from the nurse practitioner within 24 minutes and it was all sorted. Keep up the great work!

Called up for an appointment and told the earliest is 4 weeks away and there isnt any appointments AT ALL with my chosen GP.

The surgery has massively gone down hill in the recent year and a bit. Staff on reception extremely rude and have a massive chip on their shoulder. Older lady ( blonde hair ) late 50s sat on reception very very rude! No care for us at all! I think Ill join another gp practise!
