        Incompetent, Unreliable then totally unconcerned. Avoid at all costs if your journey is of real importance. A journey to an important court hearing. I had to get a taxi. Then someone turned up days later! Hah!! And they send a letter stating that my 'annual' registration fee of 20 is now due....... for absolutely NOTHING!!

        I have used Community Connexions on many occasions. The office staff are very helpful and the bus drivers very obliging, helping me on and off the bus with my shopping. I would definitely recommend them to all.

        Wish it could be 0 drivers/helpers lie to try and get a child booted of service just because of being inflexible
