Smartclean cleaned my recliner and chaise longue on 17th December 2019. I just wanted to write to send a belated thank you for the excellent job that was carried out. The chaise longue is stuffed with horsehair which I hadnt realised so the agent double checked with Head Office before starting the clean, just to ensure that all precautions were taken beforehand. My recliner had been cleaned (badly) by another company in at the beginning of the year and this was a last ditch attempt to clean the fabric before I faced having it re-covered. Both pieces of furniture look fantastic and I have been saved the huge expense of having the recliner re-covered. Many thanks for a wonderful service. Donna Eaton
