The concept of the Cavern is something I personally believe in and the location has a huge impact on the community. It is a welcoming place to all kinds of people and gives great opportunities to those working there.
The atmosphere is lovely and the decorations are very interesting, informative and embrace the rich history of Gloucester, music and other topics.
The food is very cheap, if not under-priced for what you get! I always opt for a ham and cheese panini and a can of something sweet, the portions are filling and made with a great deal of love.
The Cavern offers a lot of niche events and it's space to the community, of note I often see a local ukulele group practicing in the far back and it brings a new level of enjoyment to my meal.
I will to continue to always support the Cavern, as will others, and hope to see it continue to flourish and impact local people's lives.
