        I ordered a small item weighing only a few grams and was charged 29.17 for delivery to Northern Ireland. Ridiculous pricing!

        The quality of the cupboard is very good. Everything was delivered on time. However it wasn't explained that the optional cornicing and side pieces came separately and would need a carpenter to fit. In view of this I decided not to have the optional extras. Solid Wood Kitchens organised these to be taken away and a full refund was given. A lot of fuss could have been avoided if it was explained that what is delivered is not a fully assembled item like what was on display in the showroom..
