I have just completed and passed the ILM Level 3 Leadership and Management. The training that was undertaken was delivered in a friendly, inclusive and professional manner. At all times I felt involved supported and welcomed. It was all virtual but this did not hamper progress and the guys and gals at HR Champions were absolutely amazing. Big up to Fee for getting me through the course and providing a wealth of knowledge and understanding.

I completed and passed the ILM Level 3 Leadership and Management in February 2021. The training was completed via digital media, however I still found the support offered by HR Champions was over and above. Martin Roberts coached the session, although I was very nervous with being on a digital media calls with other people I did not know, Martin took the time to introduce us all and always ensured we swapped break out groups at each session so we all mixed together at some point over the course period. The ILM Level 3 Leadership and Management is definitely recommended. Although at the time I did not know how I was going to digest all the information, in my everyday job I am always reminded of the things I have learnt and can refer back to anything, if need reassuring. I look forward to taking on another course with HR Champions very soon! Thank you again all.

After recently completing the level 2 ILM course i haven't nothing but positive to state. The whole process was perfect considering the circumstances. Zoom isn't ideal but HR champions made the best of it, Keeleigh was amazing throughout, responding to queries rapidly & keeping me updated with my progress throughout. I just want to personally thank Fahmida (Fee) who i had for 2 of the days, one of the days was not as interactive as others but she made the process as interactive & comfortable for everyone as possible. Always happy to explain & re explain until the message was understood. She was easy to interact with & deserves a medal for her patience at times. Wendy who delivered all the other days, was also just as perfect, like Fee she delivered the course perfectly, made it as interactive as possible! both were really friendly & both deserve medals! Thanks for a brillaint course & i look forward to seeing you in the future
