Disgusting service. I catch the bus Monday to Friday with my 3 children to take them to school, then catch the bus home, then again for pick up. I cannot tell you how many times buses have been cancelled last minute (once your already at the bus stop), not showed up, or half an hour late. Last winter, we would get to the bus stop at 7.30, come 9.30 we was still waiting for a bus to turn up. You contact the head office and they ignore you, are rude to you and make every excuse under the sun. Whilst on the bus, there has been physical fights take place between older school kids and the driver done absolutely nothing. Just kept driving. The app hardly ever works either. I spend over 200 a month for a service that isnt provided. I have wasted (since last winter) over 1000 on tickets that I couldnt use because the bus didnt show up. My children are constantly late for school due to no fault of ours. Absolute rip off company who are completely uninterested. And now theyve just sent out an email to say the prices are going up, AGAIN. Despicable

Waiting for no.23 bus at 14.35 bream to Gloucester hub to connect with 99 free bus to Gloucester hospital for an appointment with a specialist the appointment has been booked for 3 months .23 bus didn't turn up at all. Tried to make a call to the hospital telling them I would be late . specialist wouldn't wait to see me .a whole day waisted so how much longer to wait for another appointment ? . What makes it worse ,told I waisted NHS money because I didn't make the right time

Awful bus service. There are some nice drivers but a lot of them are very rude and charge you the wrong price. I have always been polite to bus drivers and understand that they have to deal with unsavoury members of the public, however, I have been refused child tickets (despite having proof that I was under 16 at the time), and with other drivers have been spoken to in an incredibly condescending manner when attempting to purchase tickets. I have been short changed many times and I would not have noticed unless if I had checked the amount of change I have received. I have also been left stranded many times due to last minute cancellations which are not listed on the app until it's too late to make other arrangements. As a young person who can only rely on public transport to get home, it is dangerous that your service is unreliable. It is unacceptable that you don't give updates on bus services in a timely manner. They suggest to check the app for "the latest updates" which is absolutely broken. Often, it breaks when trying to view certain services (I have seen this mainly with the 63, 64, 65 and 97, however has occurred to other services too). This isn't an issue that I just face, or an issue due to an old phone. Many other people I know have faced this issue with your poorly developed app. Sometimes there is no live tracker for buses, and there is no update on whether a bus is cancelled or not. Recently, I was waiting for a 12 (which runs every 15 minutes during the day), however I had to wait almost an hour for another bus due to several cancellations. I should not be expected to check social media for your latest updates (which aren't the most accurate, as they don't list services that are cancelled last minute), as that is not accessible for a lot of people. It is ridiculous and shameful that Stagecoach is one of the only providers of public transport in the Gloucester area.
