Smashing Turnips
I really Wickes but recently they upset me because it said they had something in stock when I looked online. so i drove to store to pick it up only to find it was not in stock because they had made a mistake. A waste of my time and petrol and effort!

Non-existent quality control. These sleepers are all the same dimensions on paper Also delivered 5 days late.

Very good prices, would be 5 stars! But unfortunately 5 batches of tiles i have brought was all defected causing a double charge on the tradesman tiling my bathroom, i was very upset at the time as this affected time scales and budget, but the staff was very good at deescalating and finding a solution.
