Counter staff was very helpful and directed us to the yard man. We dont have his name but he had Ginger hair. He was extremely polite and helpful in carrying 2 lengths of coving to the car. He helped us fit the long lengths into the car without cutting them. He also acted as Trip Adviser when we asked if there was a local pub where we could lunch on our way home to Cardiff. He suggested the The King William in Cranham. I am pleased to say we had an excellent lunch. Please thank him for his recommendation Ernest and Roberta Roberts

Hirebase has great range of small tools and plant for hire from 1ton up to 5t Excavators and dumpers. Helpful staff and good location.

Spoke with Jamie to order a bulk bag of compost, but order/payment systems were down. Called early the next morning (7.30) order placed, and delivered to me in Bishops Cleeve by 10 am. Outstanding customer service, must have been very frustrating for the staff, but they were very professional and polite. Jamie was brilliant, couldn't have asked for better service.
