Theyre great if you can actually get an appointment. My consultation had to be rescheduled due to a medically emergency. My piercings had up be rescheduled due to an equipment malfunction. My jewellery down-size had to be rescheduled due to a different medical emergency, and the rescheduled time I was given was wrong so I turned up when they werent even open, which was a 1 hour 20 minute round trip on a busy Saturday for nothing. I requested the appointment be cancelled. Im not on Facebook which means contacting them is like talking to a brick wall: Ill email them, get no response, but theyll acknowledge my email if I see them in person. All this negative stuff aside, when you are there for an appointment, they are incredibly professional, take their time with you, go at your pace, and were incredibly mature and sensitive about my phobia of needles. The service I received on the day of my piercings was top notch! The piercing aftercare advice was clear and helped my piercings heal with no issues so far. I totally understand that equipment malfunctions, medical emergencies and other personal problems are not planned for, but I cannot recommend them as Ive had such bad luck every first appointment booked with them. I have yet to receive a refund for my cancelled appointment.

Such a great experience i felt safe and comfortable. Vespa went through the whole experience with me such a great guy and I will be back for more piercings.
