Since buying my pink Roam 3 in June 21 I have remained in touch with Graham for the aftercare and repairs! Super service all round and he mostly sometimes answers the phone and is nearly always not grumpy . Top service, communication and value for money! Parking is easy and great if you like playing traffic warden roulette like I do! This is the only bike shop to use in Gloucester. P.S Graham the new very English German sounding tyre is great!

A very friendly shop with great products and services. Be it a new bike, repairs/servicing, bike-fit, clothing or accessories, they have it all and at good prices. Plus they have a great social riding scene with regular rides every Wednesday night and Sunday morning, ask Graeme for more details.

We went into the shop today for the first time and told the owner of a minor problem with the bike, he then gave me the bolt it needed and gave me some great advice on how best to fix it . Many thanks, will be getting all my gear here from now on.

Spent 10 minutes in the store waiting for the guy to stop messing around on his phone He took one look at my bike and said he refuses to fix it as it has a throttle. When I told him I can remove it he said "it's too late now"
