        Like to thank all the staff at HSBC Gloucester, upfront and on the cashier till very helpful today. Shame they are shutting Cirencester, Stroud, Chepstow and Ross on wye.

        Terrible Saturday service! Im counting over 20 customers in the Gloucester branch. And only 1 person on the floor to help them. Where are all the rest of the staff! Its a banking groupits not like theres a shortage of money to hire more w/end staff. Abysmal & unprofessional.

        Never in my life have I had such bad service from a bank. My wife and I have been trying to open a joint account for 3 weeks now, it's supposed to take a maximum of 5 days!! I am never going to refer HSBC on and am seriously considering aborting the process and going to another bank
