The Billowing Loaf

Absolutely the best bread and baking in the Cotswolds (and likely much further!). We have bought bread every week at the Fairford market from The Billowing Loaf - I just wish that there was better hygiene measures required of the market sellers on the Billowing Loaf stall. Using their bare hands to handle the bread, licking their fingers before opening the bags, handling their mobile phones to serve you the bread you take home to eat puts me off buying it. Its such a huge shame as its delicious and wed be there stocking up every week but we wont without more consideration over use of gloves/letting customers handle their own products.

A great asset to our market here in Cirencester. Top quality bread. This morning I bought their Hot Cross buns for the first time, it won't be the last, they were the very best, no more supermarket buns for me now! The french sticks are the best outside of France, a rare find.
