        The monitor is faulty. It has ghost images. I have been speaking with Dell for weeks and they replaced it. And the new monitor has the exact same problem. I asked you for a refund. You said no. You actually said "and any issues have are just a feature of the product not a fault" This is ridiculous. You can't tell me that I spend over 1,000 on a monitor and that one of its features is pixel burn lol. Look at the attached images. I would recommend never buying from this retailer.

        Bought a Saab Ignition Cassette from this company in January. Part failed completely 2 weeks ago and I cannot get any response from them either through EBay, phone or email. I understand that if you pay 99 you will not get OEM but this part failed without warning and left me stranded on the motorway. Surely even a reproduction part should last longer than 6 months! I would be very conscious of this attitude before dealing with this company.
