Father in law had a stroke yesterday afternoon.... Ambulance crew arrived very quickly and got him to GRH within the golden hour..... So far so good... Thanks to the ambulance service...... Thanks guys you were amazing....

On the 14th January I had a bad fall in my garden and split my head open, my wife called 999 & the Ambulance arrived in 15 minutes, the operator who took the call stayed on the line talking to my wife to keep her calm. That operator will never know how much that meant to my wife. I was taken to Hospital and treated for my injury. Yes I had to wait a while to be treated but I was kept informed what was going on. I was treated with respect the whole time. The telephone operator, the ambulance driver ,the staff at Gloucester Royal were all brilliant and I could not fault them. Thanks to them all I was able to go on holiday the following day. Thank you Gloucester emergency services Michael Tighe
