Called to ask about medications stood there for 10 minutes while approximately 6 staff were preparing prescriptions no one attempted to serve me walked out of shop in disgust

Worst customer service ever, I can totally understand if they have problems getting hold of certain Meds but what I don't like is being fobbed off again and again by the Pharmacist, rushing you on a telephone call with Yes yes don't worry it's being sorted when clearly it isn't and basically just giving you lip service. I visited in person recently to enquire about my meds and lack of them and was unable to speak with Ozzy because he was too busy dealing with his estate agents concerning buying or selling a property (It's a tiny shop you can't help but hear everything) I understand and appreciate he has a life outside of his chemist shop but surely he should be dealing with customers and dealing with private matters on his days off or outside of business hours. Also, the other staff who answer the phone just come across as lacklustre and not really bothered and the customer service is no longer there like it used to be pre-covid this is a real shame because they used to offer a fantastic service and a great customer-focused approach. I have since moved to another chemist!!
