        My primary nurse is very good and staff are very kind. There are plenty of activities and job opportunities to keep busy.

        From a service users point of view. You are clearly just a number, a number of pounds per day. Concentrate on box ticking for CQC. Food toxic and not compliant with their contractual obligations. Having had 30 yrs in management I can confidently state that they have zero management skills and treat their staff like dirt. Having now been discharged and feeling almost human again I realise we were being abused.
