Professional, caring and knowledgeable. So kind to Lola putting her needs first while always happy to answer any of my questions. Communication with Trudi, Lolas physio is constantly ongoing. Lola is recovering really well and her muscle is increasing with swimming weekly. Clean and inviting environment. What an amazing professional set up. I have seen other Hydrotherapy Centres and this one stands out head and shoulders from the rest. Harriet and Richard were so patient with both my dogs, my large male Malamute is unsure of water but they encouraged him and took things at his pace, this resulted in positive sessions for him. They treat both my dogs like they were there own, a quality that is very important to me. If you are after a Hydrotherapy Centre that is passionate about what they do - then this is the place for you - they do a lovely cup of coffee too.

Doodah my black lab and myself have been having hydrotherapy sessions at millhaven with Harriet and Jo for the last 4 months and are so happy with the love care and excellent treatment we get. It is so obvious how much they love all the animals they care for and help both them and the owners with their hard work and dedication. They give their all and more. Doodah clearly enjoys her sessions and loves Harriet and Jo so much. I really enjoy my time there too. I would fully recommend millhaven to anyone needing any form of hydrotherapy. My fur baby loves going here, the staff are so good with her and its amazing to see her in the pool. If only everyone knew about this place there would be a lot of happy healthy dogs around! Can't recommend highly enough!

Incredible place. Most amazing facility and knowledgeable and friendly staff. Wouldnt hesitate to recommend.
