        Went to buy a pair of outdoor trousers. There was a sale in their store and were on display both instore and online at a reduced price of 55 down from the original 74.99. When I tried to purchase I was told that they could not sell at the sale price and were full price only. When I explained that this was not my fault, the cashier told me that they could just remove from sale for 24 hours and can do what they like. So I simply walked out and purchased elsewhere and will never buy from there again.

        Just bought a jacket here in the sale and it was only 50 for a good waterproof jacket ready for my walk. Cannot complain all the staff were lovely and helped me to decide on a jacket as I was torn between two.

        Dual store that includes Trespass products as well as the brands such as, North Face, Rab, Berghaus etc. Very helpful and friendly staff
