        The Edinburgh Woollen Mill staff at Bents, Glazebury have been very helpful to enable me to source an item from another branch for my partner's birthday present.We have sourced many items from other branches in the past , and the staff have always been only too pleased to help us! Thank you all staff at EWM, Bents, Glazebury. Regards , sue Jenks.

        Been visiting this shop within Bents Garden Center for a year now and never had an issue. Went to The Edinburgh Woollen Mill this weekend (December 12, 2020) for a few holiday gifts and the staff was incredibly rude upon entering the shop. No issues with the Bents staff, however the woman working the Edinburgh shop that night behaved awfully to me and my husband. Needless to say, they've permanently lost a customer. Advice to others thinking of shopping at Edinburg Woollen Mill, Glazebury: DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY.
