seem to be out of business, no response to phone calls

Made an appointment to get my machine fixed and the engineer didn't turn up or call to say he wasn't coming. Made another appointment with the same outcome. Went to the shop personally and was told someone would be in touch. Guess what? Never heard a thing. Utterly useless.
