Time warp. Living in the 1950's. Ordered two scrambled eggs on toast with two sausages for my two Collies. Despite a full English on the menu, NO to the sausages as it's not a menu item. Awful. Pathetic. Checked out three others in Glastonbury high street, none accepted dogs and at 10.30 the Pub stopped serving breakfast. Totally completely ridiculous. Not customer oriented at all. Like they're in business for their own pleasure and sod the customer. I'd rather poke my eyes out with a stick than visit Glastonbury again, oh, the visitor centre people were great, most helpful. I first visited Abbey tea rooms when I took a solo birthday trip to Glastonbury in 2015. I mentioned to the waitress that it was my birthday and when she returned with my cream tea, she had placed a lot candle in my scone and her and a couple other waitresses came out and sang me happy birthday. Ive always made a point of returning as the service and the food are both fantastic. I went in yesterday and the service was friendly and fast as usual and the scones as delicious! I look forward to returning in a couple of months.

Super good experience here, delicious food and friendly staff. The scones taste so nice and they are even better than I had in London cost about 70 afternoon tea but here you only need to pay 8.5! And I forgot my sunglasses when I leave, the staff run on the street and bring it to me. Thanks a lot.
