I was never treated so bad like in this Post Office. I am always avoiding it and prefer to go to Street even if I live in Glastonbury but today I naively decided to go there. Fair enough, there was a mistake with a pre paid labeled envelope which I am responsible of, however the person I was dealing with treated me so badly in front of all the other customers I felt absolutely mortified. No solution was offered, just a very rude facial expression and mean words. Avoid it like the plague.

Completely unhelpful. Refused to accept a parcel when all that was required was to remove a label. No offer of a solution. Just 'computer says no'.
