I found Mylene online when struggling to move forward with my life whilst struggling with self destructive tendencies and general unhappiness. When I met with Mylene in my first session it was quickly obvious that she is a profound person with an extraordinary gift to locate, surface and help you process emotional trauma that is interfering with your life. I was uncertain about going for an alternative approach being very scientifically minded but having done psychotherapy for years to no avail I had to try something new. I am SO glad I did. 4 days with Mylene and I have processed and moved a significant amount of baggage, I now feel lighter, brighter and freer. I cannot recommend her enough and will certainly be seeing her again in the future.

Mylne's kind manner put me immediately at ease from our first session. It was incredible how she was able to access such deeply rooted and accurate information in my sessions with her.
