Booked a wedding cake but lockdown happened so we postponed our wedding a month and wakey cakey could not accommodate that date (which is fair enough) but only partially refunded us and made up new fees that were not on the invoice. The first email from them says free consultation and design and she ended up charging us and refuses to refund. Then no reply to emails. Absolutely disgusted with the service! Do not recommend!!

We cannot thank Jules enough, sadly we had to postpone our wedding 3 times because of Covid - each time we contacted Jules she was brilliant and explained everything to us and made sure all the new details were perfect and in place. We are so grateful that Jules made the whole process a lot less stressful and we certainly wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to everyone we know. Steve and Rach Andrews

As someone with a lifetime dairy allergy, I was looking for someone who could make me a dairy-free cake for my wedding day. I visualise what I had in mind - a 3 tier, dairy free cake, with rustic icing and fruit decoration. I contacted Jules and she hosted a tasting session where she baked individual sponges and buttercream to try - all completely dairy-free. I was blown away at the flavours and knew instantly Jules would be the person to make my extra special wedding cake. It was delivered to the hotel for my reception and I was speechless, as it was exactly what I had in mind. Better still, it tasted delicious and not one person could tell it was dairy-free (until I told them after). Highly recommend to all for your dream wedding cake - especially if you have specific dietary requirements.
