Alice is an amazing piano teacher, she has managed to improve my sons piano playing incredibly, he really enjoys his lessons. Alice is very intuitive and knows what works for my son and how to get the best out of him, they have a great teacher pupil relationship, and for whatever reason is always available on Skype if we cant get there in person thank you Alice

Alice has her own methodic way of teaching how to play the piano , which keeps students (such as me) enthusiasm and interest to continue playing the instrument . When I started playing piano in 2014 when I was 44 years old. I had three piano tutors between then and October 2021, when I started piano lessons with Alice, who has given me the most encouragement than my last three piano tutors ever did, without showing any signs of being inpatient and giving me the will to continue with playing the piano every single day and not give up.

After not playing piano for years, I was nervous to start basically from scratch, but Alice has been so great at improving my skills and my confidence playing again. A lovely teacher, I would highly recommend her to anyone wanting to learn.

As an adult aged 57 wishing to play the piano, I was very nervous and anxious to find a teacher who was patient understanding and encouraging. Alice is all those things and more. As a person with so much teaching experience, Alice has enabled me to have the confidence to learn at my (slow) pace, making progress with each lesson. I am are not just learning to play the piano but encouraged to learn the theory and detail that helps to master this skill. I personally look forward to my lessons with Alice as she is the kind of teacher you want to do your best for.

60 year old student, self taught to a very basic level, i contacted Alice to improve my skills for my own pleasure. She has been a great help and the improvement has been dramatic. Patient and flexible, Alice quietly but firmly expects her students to demand more from themselves while continuously encouraging them. A retired teacher myself, i know a good professional teacher when i see one - and Alice is absolutely a good teacher. Whether you are approaching her to teach a youngster to raise his/her grades, or an older student like myself, I am confident that Alice will be an excellent choice.
