Sophie is so so lovely and patient. I've done lots of one to ones with her and she becomes a friend as well as an instructor. I've had the confidence to join in the group sessions recently and all other students are so lovely to be around. I cannot recommend Sophie enough for pole lessons!

Sophie is an amazing pole instructor! I have been doing the pole fitness classes with her since the beginning of August and every week I leave always wanting to do more!! She is a really encouraging teacher and she will go above and beyond to make sure everyone is having a good time. She ensures the classes work for different levels of ability and confidence so that everyone makes progress for themselves and will feel like they have really achieved each session. The Constellations Fitness studio is really brilliant and well designed with lots of space and poles, so even if youre sharing a pole you get lots of time in action still. The atmosphere is always friendly and welcoming to any new starters too which is important. Throughout the Covid-19 pandemic Sophie has done an amazing job to make sure the studio has been safe and comfortable for everyone. I cant give Constellations Fitness high enough praise and I look forward to doing more classes in the coming months :)

Would 100% recommend a visit to the Constellations Fitness Studio. Sophie is such a great instructor and so lovely & welcoming. It really is a wonderful and safe space to learn!
