        friendly family firm and prompt and efficient service. Driver was very courteous and dropped skip exactly where we wanted out of sight. nothing to landfill which was reassuring. will definitely use again

        Disappointing. Was recommended to us them by a friend. Booked a grab hire job through them to collect from a job. Requested the driver to call 30 minutes prior to arriving. Failed to turn up on the day booked (Friday), and again on the Monday morning after I chased them. Transpired the driver had seen a road closed sign and so went on to the next job, and didn't bother to call ahead or at the point of turning away. Finally got a collection on the monday afternoon, but only took half the waste. The driver was also pretty rude to my customer - always a bonus! When I emailed about this the reply was I only booked for soil and stone, not mixed waste. Having paid over 550 upfront I was pretty astonished. Perhaps I'm naive. Will go back to my previous skip supplier in the future
