Had the misfortune to rent a holiday property through Sykes Cottages, supposedly maintained by this Agency. The sofa was broken when I arrived. I reported but nobody fixed it then sent me a bill for it which I now have to dispute. Dangerous unmarked steps out side property with inadequate lighting resulting in my friend falling. Reported. Nobody fixed lighting. They don't care.

Highly recommended. I've been with other agents in the area who are, in the nicest possible way, gouging slumlords. When the property I'd been living in was transferred to Heritage, everything was suddenly so much kinder and more personable. They have gone out of their way time and again to make sure everything is comfortable and aren't at all invasive and dishonest like the main competitors in Glastonbury are. I found myself in urgent need of a new home a few years ago and Mandy bent over backwards to find me one both within my budget and to my pretty picky tastes. My experience with Heritage has been wonderful and I cannot think of anyone I trust more with something as fundamental as providing a safe home to thrive in.

Very clever, come across all nicey nicey but two face springs to mind. We spent 2.5 years in one of there properties, we paid on dot every month and the house was kept in top condition by us. After 2 lots of cancer I suffer with anxiety and depression, well what we where put through only to find out was lies. We were told that the owner was moving back and the stress of finding somewhere was a nightmare, more added pressure. I've now gone part time due to the stress and my immune system has taken a hammering... Lies lies and yep more lies.back to Italy very soon.. Plenty other agents out there I've just seen this so adding it, we were paying 725 in September it's now 895 shocking....

Enquired about local property for sale - left voicemails which were not returned. Eventually spoke to them and told property under offer but cash buyer status would be of interest and they would fall back after contacting owner. Never received call. Buyer wanted sign still at property some months later. Contacted them again and told it was still sold. Time wasting!!
