Have been going to Andy for 6 months now. Terrible pain in my shoulders, back & sciatic nerve. Now almost completely gone and generally feel more aligned, supple and grounded. Very good if you do a lot of high impact sports

What can I give this massage experience other than 5 stars! I came on a recommendation from a friend and I found Andy to be a highly knowledgeable, skilled and strangely curious person who gave me a fantastic treatment unlike any massage Ive ever had before. Andy intuitively just knew where I was holding very deep tension in all parts of my body and just knew what to do and how to get it moving through in many different ways which Ive not come across before. At times it was painful, at other times I was laughing, shaking, almost crying but always releasing and letting go of deep held tension. And throughout Andy explained so much to me and kept checking in on how I was doing. I now feel really great, very grounded with high energy and incredibly relaxed and comfortable in my body. I highly recommend this massage therapist thanks Andy!!
