I do my ironing with them , its not fantastic but they do the job but to day I realise that a few pillow cases were missing and by a strange hasard its all the most expensive one with embroideries, I dont mind too much (my fault for not checking before)now it can be the Glastonbury or the Street place I use both and both are really nice but I think you must know this and check it a bit more ?

Literally just walked in to have a 1st ever service wash . Couldnt see anyone in there so I called out with a friendly hello
To be greeted a couple of minutes later with .
I DONT COME WHEN CALLED LIKE THAT ..!!
by the lady working there this morning at 09:00am
When I asked what had i said she replied with
I dont know .. but I dont come when called ike that.. very strange reply
Still dont know what I did wrong but certainly WILL NOT be using or recommending this laundrette to any of my clients.
We all have bad days but there is no need for rudeness..
