        I lost my Mother today to cancer. First off,there were some lovely staff,and I would like to give many thanks in particular to Sadie,Louise,Amanda,Roshelle,Lory,these ladies and others were fantastic. Unfortunately,some others were far less so,to the point of being arrogant,rude and uncompassionate and boarderline confrontational,and for registered nurses the approach was disgusting.

        Visited West Mendip hospital today (on a Saturday), in need of antibiotics. Waited less than an hour to see a very helpful nurse. Left with the drugs and advice I needed. An exemplary service from receptionist and nurse. We're so so lucky to have the NHS and the amazing people who work there. Thank you.
