Had been going here for years without issue, they've got some good members of staff who've always been helpful especially Celia. However Today I had the most bizarre experience I've ever had at a wholesaler and won't be going back I went in for 5 2D lamps, and was told it came to 52! Of course I'm not paying that for a few 2D lamps, guy tries to justify it by saying they're going obsolete, I say no thanks I can't pay 52 for a few 2D lights. So he has another look look, says oh no my mistake that will come 8 odd. I pay, he hands me the invoice.. he's charged me 52 anyway? I pull him up on it, first he says he made a mistake saying 8, then he starts getting shirty with me and says "what's your problem mate, they're going obsolete"?? I tell him my problem is he said 8 and then charged me 52. This is when he starts going in to a full on strop, now claiming he'd said 8 each (he hadnt) before stopping off saying "fine then I'll just refund you and forget it!". Absolutely bizarre, it's bad enough Rexel have started price gouging lights but you don't tell people one thing and charge them another and certainly can't go through life talking to people like that, sort yourself out! So anyway I found a little wholesaler around the corner who charged me about a third what they were asking and nobody had got in a paddy with me there either! I'll be going there in future!

Called in today for some Hager breakers, had in stock all that I needed and was served by a very helpful polite member of the team who appeared to know this stock inside out. Free coffee available if required
