Fiona is a lovely lady as well as being very skilled and knowledgeable in colonic hydrotherapy. After a consultation she gave me a short orientation so I knew my way around. In the therapy area Fiona gave a thorough explanation of the process and how it works. She was very present and continued to reassure by sharing the next step and how we were progressing during the treatment. I felt safe throughout and left feeling lighter on all levels, as well as having learned useful tips on good habits for healthy digestion and bowels - and all for a very reasonable price! I will return periodically to keep my tubes in good working order...

The fisher king centre is more than just a cleanse and retreat. It is set in a beautiful location which really facilitated relaxation, with comfortable private rooms and lovely gardens. The cleanse was amazing, having never done something like it in my life I didn't know what to expect but it was done with such care and expertise that I was always comfortable. The cleanse was an amazing experience for me but it was the people that really made this place something else. Our hosts Michael and Fiona welcomed us into their beautiful home, and took the time not only to facilitate our cleanse but to empower us to learn how to optimise our health ourselves. They gave us space but were always on hand, if we wanted to, to answer any questions at all we had. Having worked in this field for many years, the two of them combined were an untapped mine of knowledge for me and I feel so much more positive and in control of my health. The treatment providers were also second to none, they really did care about their work and for our wellbeing and I felt the treatments were carefully selected and timed just perfectly for the stage I was at in my cleanse. I have come away feeling both physically and spiritually so much better, and have had my eyes opened to new levels of health.

Im so glad I found this retreat. Ive wanted to detox for years and I couldnt have found a better place to do it. I was blown away with both Michael and Fionas knowledge and the fact they open their home to give to others is amazing. The equipment is all encouraged to be used at your leisure, the bed room was spacious and comfortable as well as the house and surroundings. A hidden gem. The people they invite in for body work, reflexology, yoga etc were also fantastic. I had an incredible experience with Jerome, that Im most grateful for and has spurred me on to explore in more detail. To be honest they all played a part in uncovering some spiritual truths for me and I thank everyone of you for that. Fionas experience really shines through when undertaking the colonics and I just want to say I have never met a more beautiful and warm person. A true inspiration. Michael is a fascinating man that Ill never forget. Hes almost like wikepedia in human form. I will continue to recommend this wonderful place and hopefully I will return myself one day. If you need a physical, mental and spiritual refresh look no further. It was truly life changing.
