        I recently saw the nurse practitioner Jenny to have my implant removed, she was so so lovely, made me feel really comfortable , she didnt rush and talked through everything thoroughly. Jenny is an asset to the surgery .

        Asked to see a doctor for 2 minutes and was told they were at max capacity even though there was only 2 people sat in the waiting room. This was after they sent me to minor injuries to sit and wait 2 and a half hours before I gave up. Very poor negligent behaviour..

        Tried to book and appontment this morning the 14 Dec told 24 Jan soonest avallable ,told go to the hospital or call 8am when you can never get through .
