I have mental health problems. He said all in my head. Need hospital wisdom tooth got filling. And the bloke didn't know what descaling was. They made most of appointment for me. I have suicidal tendencies. He has left me in pain. HE DON'T UNDERSTAND MENTAL HEALTH .I DO HAVE PAIN. ON FORTISIPS AS CAN'T EAT.

Very disappointed. Having paid 80 in advance my appt was postponed 4 timed. When I went there today. The cost of the filling I went for was 60 more than quoted. Then found out that the filling I went for initially had not been put on my patient plan. I was also told on my first examination that I could have the tooth filled but on my appt (finally) I was told it would be preferable to have a crown. Initially quoted 160 for a filling then to be told it would be 220 then over 600.

Again, it's the receptionist that makes this a one star practice. Rude, and very pushy when it comes to money. This is the first time I've ever been called by the practice, while at work with the receptionist pushing me to give her my bank details over the phone and to make a payment before any work had taken place. This happened twice and I only ever went for the (overpriced) consultation. They will of course plead poverty and tell you all about how the poor dentists have really suffered financially during the pandemic... It's also worth mentioning the dentist himself looks no older than 19 or 20 (although he seemed to know his stuff) and none of the X-ray machines or computers were working. I still had to pay however. Shocking practice. Don't bother. Go to Vine dentists instead in Street. Much better.
