        Had my alarm system serviced and the overall service received was excellent. From the first phone call up until the service itself Phil was extremely professional and was very efficient in completing the job. Very knowledgeable and wanted to make sure the system was working perfect before he left. Would recommend phil for any alarm system work.

        A very friendly and helpful experience from initial phone call to visit and work being completed. Phil did a marvellous job of servicing and updating our home alarm system. We would highly recommend the company for both speed and cost of service.

        Would highly recommend Vault. Pre-installation, Peter was really helpful in explaining the pros and cons of different options and what the installation would entail. On the day, Will was professional - friendly and polite and just got on with the job but when there were decisions to make because of complications, he clearly explained the options so we could decide what we wanted him to do. Will was also very tidy. On the first evening, we had a problem setting the alarm but Peter responded to an email that night and Will quickly helped us resolve this the next day . We would not hesitate to recommend.
