5 night Stay with our two dogs, found the cottage to be cosy and clean. Bed was very comfy and we slept like a log. The village is very quiet and it was a pleasure taking the dogs out first thing and of an evening. Parking was fine either directly outside the property on the main road or very near by. Easy commute to Rothbury, Alnwick, Lindisfarne & Bamburgh. All the beaches we visited allowed dogs and were lovely and sandy with free parking for a lot. We even took the hour drove to the border at Carters Bar and stopped off at Jedburgh, a quite but pretty little town. Our first visit to the North East and I'm sure not our last.
